Baptist Health has several models of computers available. Regardless of size, all cables need to be removed before transporting your computer.
Gather all components
This photo shows all necessary computer equipment. Left to right: Computer, power supply, mouse, keyboard, monitor, network cable, monitor power cable, and video cable.
Video Cables
Depending on your computer, laptop, or monitor type, you may have one or more of the video cables above. Each of these cables can be used based on what type of port your PC or laptop is equipped with. Make sure to take this with you, it's very important!
Power and peripherals
Make sure you take your power supply, surge protector, dongles, cables, speaker phones, webcams, or other components that are connected to your PC.
Laptop Docking Station
If you use a laptop, ensure you remove all cables from your docking station. Pack the docking station and cables with your laptop.
Cisco IP Phone
Your Cisco IP Phone works when connected to your Meraki at home. Disconnect all cables from the back of the unit, except the handset. You'll need the network cable connected to one of the empty ports shown above to power the phone at home.
Phone Headset
If your phone is equipped with an external headset or a sidecar attached to the phone, you'll need those too. Bring them along with your other equipment.
