Access to Connect requires Citrix Receiver installed on the computer and you must be enrolled with Duo authentication. Duo enrollment should be completed while on-site at a Baptist Health facility from on premise computers. If you need help with these items, please contact the Service Desk at 800-315-3020.
With the requirements met, navigate to https://connect.bhsi.com from your preferred browser. This process works best with Internet Explorer 11 but has been tested with Edge, Chrome and Safari as well.
After signing in to Connect, you will be required to complete your authentication through Duo Mobile.
Once you have successfully authenticated you will be presented with a list of available applications. Clinical applications and access to BEN should be available from this screen.
For XenDesktop/VDA access, you will need to click "DESKTOPS" as indicated below to view the options available to you.
After selecting "DESKTOPS" you should be presented with one or more of the options displayed below. Sselecting either option will connect you to a remote desktop.
Once you have completed logging in to a remote computer, you should have access to Baptist Health resources.
